In this module student will learn how to work in Windows Environment.

MS Word 2007

MS Word 2007 is an application used for letter drafting and creating word
documents in day to day life.

After completing this module, students will be able to:

 Creating and Saving word documents.


 Creating headings, headers, footers, paragraph settings, alignment, font and
size setting, line and paragraph spacing, format painting, text formatting
(bold, Italic, underline, font color).
 Working with tables(create, format cells, merge cells, insert and remove
columns & rows, format table)

 Insert pictures and word arts

MS Power Point 2007

MS PowerPoint 2007 is an application used to create effective presentation. It help


to secure presentation and convert them into Portable Document Format (PDF). In
addition It can be used to publish presentation on web.
The module would help the student to present and publish the data effectively using
MS Office PowerPoint 2007

After completing this module, students will be able to:

 Summarize and Present Data


 Represent Data as a Chart in Ms PowerPoint.
 Create Effective Presentation
 Customize a Presentation
 Publish Presentation using power point.

MS Excel 2007

MS-Excel is one of the most widely used enterprise level application. After
completing this course, students will be able to appreciate and develop
different types(Financial ,Non Financial and comparison) of reports and
different types of charts using MS Excel. MS Excel being a popular application
is used in business units. The students will be exposed to the key features of
the product.

After completing this module, students will be able to:

MS Access is the most widely used desktop database system. It has more
support available than any other desktop database system. Access databases
can be ported and integrated with other enterprise level applications MS-
Excel, MS-Outlook, and MS-Word.
