Prolapsus Tali Pusat

A retrospective cohort study examined the diagnosis-delivery interval for cases of umbilical cord prolapse before and after the implementation of team training in obstetric emergencies. The study found that after team training was provided, the median diagnosis-delivery interval decreased from 20 minutes to 15 minutes. The training appeared to help improve coordination between medical staff and the speed at which delivery occurred after umbilical cord prolapse was diagnosed.
