On September 13, 2015 at around 5:30 PM in Barangay Poblacion, Magdalena, Laguna, Ryan Relms, a 31-year-old farmer, was found bathing in blood by Marvin Dantes. Relms was rushed to the hospital but was declared dead by the doctor. The police were notified and immediately investigated. What : Spot Report re-Stabbing Incident(Murder)

When : On September 13, 20 at about 5:30 PM.

Where: Brgy. Poblacion, Magdalena, Laguna.


3. Brief facts of the case

Who : Victim/s:

Relms, Ryan , 31 years old, male, with live-in partner, farmer (DOB: November
16, 1989) and a resident of Brgy Poblacion, Magdalena, Laguna.

Suspect: Marvin Dantes

Why: To be determined

How :On September 15, 2015 at about 5:25PM a call was received by this Station
reporting said incident that transpired at above mentioned date and time at Brgy.
POblacion, Magdalena, Laguna. Immediately personnel of this station led by Pat John
Kestier L Capellan, Assistant Investigator together with two (2) others under the direct
supervision of PLT RONALD P TORRES- OIC proceeded at said area to verify the
veracity of the report.
Investigation conducted disclosed that at about 5:30 PMof said date and
place that when Marvin Dantes got back to Ryan Relms’ home he saw him
bathing in blood. Said victim were immediately rushed at Majayjay Medicare
Center, Laguna Provincial Hospital at Majayjay, Laguna wherein said victim was
declared dead by the doctor. Thereafter, personnel of this station led by PLT
RONALD P TORRES- OIC conducted follow-up investigation for possible
identification and apprehension of the suspect. Progress report to follow.
