Truck Inspection Checklist

This document is a truck inspection checklist used by the Africa Q-HSE Department to inspect trucks.  The Stopping Items, identified in bold-underlined-italic font, lead to immediate and systematic stop of the equipment until deficiencies are
corrected or until any instructions from Managers and/or Q-HSE.
