MOTION FOR REDUCTION OF BAIL

COMES NOW accused, Mychel Osanastre by himself and unto this Honorable
Court, most respectfully states:

That the accused is presently charged of the above – captioned case;

That the bail recommended by the City Prosecutor for his provisional liberty is
P24,000.00;

That accused is presently without adequate means by which to raise all the above-
stated bail bonds recommended by the City Prosecutor;

That for humanitarian reason, accused most respectfully urges the Honorable
City Prosecutor and the Honorable Presiding Judge of this Court to reduce the bail from
P24,000.00 to P12,000.00 which the accused can produce through the help of his
relatives;

That if granted, accused undertakes that she will obey all the orders of the Court
and be present in all the stages of the proceedings.

Premises considered, accused most respectfully prays the Honorable Court to


allow a reduction of P24,000.00 to P12,000.00.
