Land Ownership Correction Affidavit

JOINT AFFIDAVIT
We, SPS. JUDY R. CABALAR, FREDDIE U. CABALAR, of legal age, Filipino,
widow and a resident of Brgy. Poblacion Norte, Caba, La Union, Philippines, and GUILLERMO
ALLAVADO, JR., likewise of legal age, Filipino citizen and a resident of Poblacion Norte,
Caba, La Union, after having been duly sworn to in accordance with law, do hereby depose and
state that:

1. We are the owners and possessor of certain parcel of lands designated as Lot Nos.
1412-B-1-B and 1412-B-1-C located at Brgy. Poblacion Norte, Caba, La Union;

2. We, Sps. Judy R. Cabalar and Freddie U. Cabalar purchased the said parcel of land,
portion more or less Two Hundred (200) square meters from Guillermo Allavado, Jr.;

3. As per the actual survey conducted by the Geodetic Engineer and as agreed upon by
both parties, the vendees shall purchase the MIDDLE PORTION;

4. However, in the Deed of Sale, it appeared that the land bought by the vendees from
the vendor is the SOUTHERN PORTION instead of the MIDDLE PORTION;

5. I execute this affidavit to certify and attest to the truth of the foregoing facts and for
the correction of t
