Terms & Conditions.

 Drivers are liable to pay plenty in PKR (equal to repairable damage) if there is any damage to
vehicle.
 Drivers are bounded to sign an affidavit to ensure the safety of vehicle.
 Drivers are enclosed to perform the function of certain pick and drop on urgent basis for
which they are paid by the company.
 Company and Company’s Owner can any time terminate the driver under the clause of
signed affidavit .
 Drivers are responsible for the safety of the riders.
 For paid customers of the company drivers are not be able to charge the money on their
trips.
 Drivers are responsible for their own actions in case of any illicit activity performed by them.
Company and company’s owner is not responsible for their illegal actions.
 Drivers have to pay challan or plenty for the violation of any traffic rules at their own.
 Drivers timing are from the 7 AM to till 9 PM.
 Drivers are bounded to hand over the Vehicle (Auto Rickshaw) in the original condition from
the first day of handing over of Rickshaw to the owner.
 Food and accommodation will be provided by the owner.
