ENGINE
Periksa kebocoran air (Check for water leaks)
Periksa kebocoran oli sekitar engine (Check for oil leaks around engine)
Periksa kebocoran sistem fuel (Check for fuel system leaks)
Periksa kondisi hose dan clamp (Check for conditions of hoses and clamps, replace when required)
Periksa ketegangan kondisi V-belt (Check tension and condtion of v-belt)
Periksa core radiator (Inspect radiator core)
Periksa bearing kipas dan pulley yang longgar (Inspect fan and pulley bearings for looseness)
Periksa kekencangan baut kedudukan mesin (Check engine mount bolts are tight)
Periksa sambungan sistem knalpot yang bocor (Inspect exhaust system joints for leaks)
Periksa sistem udara masuk yang bocor (Inspect air induction system for leaks)
Periksa level indikator saringan udara (Check air filter indicator level)
POWER TRAIN
Periksa transmisi untuk bocor oli (Check transmission for oil leaks)
Periksa kebocoran pada differential depan dan belakang (Inspect diff front and rear under machine for leaks)
Periksa kondisi propeler shaft & universal depan (Check condition front driveline)
Periksa kondisi propeler shaft & universal belakang (Check condition rear driveline)
Periksa wheel hubs untuk bocor oli (Check wheel hubs for oil leaks)
BRAKES, HYDRAULIC,STEERING & FRAME
Periksa kebocoran sistem rem (Check brake system for leaks)
Periksa rem service/parking berfungsi (Check service/parking brake working properly)
Periksa kebocoran hidrolik sistem (Inspect the hyd system for leaks )
Periksa kondisi hose dan clamp hidrolik ( Check for hoses and clamps of hydraulic)
Periksa kondisi hidrolic silinder dan rod (Check for hydraulic cylinder and rod condition)
Periksa dan bersihkan kotoran di sekitar articulation (Inspect and remove dirty and trash in the articulation area)
Periksa bearing dan pin articulation (Check articulations bearing and pins)
Periksa kerusakan & keausan pada compactor drum (Inspect the compactor drum for damage or excessive wear)
Periksa system kemudi bekerja normal (Check streering system working properly)
Periksa kondisi penghubung kemudi (Check condition of steering linkages)
Periksa kondisi kontrol hidrolik (Check condition of hydraulic control linkages)
Periksa rangka utama yang retak (Check main frame for cracks)
Periksa kebocoran air system (Check air system for leaks)*If equipped
CABIN AND GENERAL
Periksa kerusakan secara umum pada kabin (Check any defects generally on the cabin)
Perisa kondisi tempat duduk operator (Check condition operator seat)
Pastikan tali sabuk pengaman dalam kondisi bagus (Ensure seatbelt starps in good order)
Periksa Kondisi Kursi Operator (Check condition of operator seat)
Periksa Kondisi Lampu (Check condition of the lights)
SAFETY CHECK AND GENERAL
Periksa semua petunjuk safety tersedia & jelas (Check if safety sign are fitted & clear)
Periksa kondisi dan isi pemadam api (Check condition and insert of fire extinguisher)
Periksa tangga untuk naik operator (Inspect ladder for damaged)
Periksa mesin/transmissi yang panas untuk sampah (Inspect engine/transmission hot areas for rags)
Periksa semua tutup & pengaman ada dan lengkap (Check that all guards and covers are in place and secure)
Periksa kondisi ROPS (Inspect condition of ROPS)
