AFFIDAVIT OF ADJUDICATION
OF ESTATE OF SOLE HEIR

I, REBECCA P. BUAN, of legal age, married, Filipino and a resident of


No. 3 R. Villanueva Street, Palico I, Imus, Cavite, after having been duly sworn in
accordance with law, do hereby depose and say that:

1. I am the daughter the late Amauri M. Pacifico and Rosario Roco and
the elder sister of the late IMELDA R. PACIFICO who died in _____. A
copy of her Death Certificate is attached hereto as Annex “A”.

2. During her lifetime, Imelda was able to acquire a parcel of land located
in Cavite covered by Transfer Certificate of Title No. T-767333, and
more particularly described as follows, to wit:

101655, being a portion of Lot 14, Blk. 23, (LRC) Psd-

of Dasmariñas, Prov. Of Cavite, Is. of Luzon. Bounded on
the S., along line 1-2 by Lot 16, Blk. 23, on the W., along line
2-3 by Road Lot 17, both of (LRC) Psd-234014; on the N.,
along line 3-4 by Lot 14-D, (Alley 2.00 m. wide) and along
lines 4-5-6-7 by Lot 14-B, both of the subd. plan, and on the
E., along line 7-1 by Lot 13, Blk. 23, (LRC) Psd-234014. x x
x containing an area of ONE HUNDRED THIRTY FOUR
(134) SQUARE METERS.”

A copy of the Transfer Certificate of Title is attached hereto as Annex


“B”.

3. When she died, Imelda left no debts.

4. I am the only surviving heir of our family.

5. Being the sole heir and there being no debts of the estate, I am
adjudicating upon myself the entire property above-described
consistent with the provision of Section 1, Rule 74 of the Rules of
Court.

6. I am executing this Affidavit to attest to the truth of the foregoing and


for whatever legal purpose it may serve.
