ORDER

Before this court is the Motion for Issuance of Writ of Execution of


the Decision dated December 18, 2018 filed by plaintiff through counsel.
After the defendants filed their Comment thereto, the motion is now ripe for
resolution.

AS PRAYED FOR, and it appearing that the Decision dated


December 18, 2018 has become FINAL and EXECUTORY, let a Writ of
Execution immediately issue.

The Branch Sheriff is directed to implement the same within sixty


(60) days from receipt thereof and to make his Report every thirty (30) days
thereafter until fully satisfied.

SO ORDERED.
