1.
Dear Sir Abdul Aziz
I have found a website that give me a tips how to improve my active listening skills in business situation.
From that website, what I can summarize is when someone is talking we should listen actively and clear
all of the distractions in our mind. We have to be focus on them so that we can get the point there.
Next, Make our body language communicate our interest to the speaker. For Example, Establish eye
contact to communicate our active listening. Then, encourage the speaker with nods and affirmations so
the speakers knows you are listening. Last but not least, Notice nonverbal communication from the
speaker. You can gain clues about how a speaker feels by observing body language. Wringing hands or
flailing arms can indicate high emotion or stress. I hope you will understand what is the point that I try
to explain.
Thank You
Siti Nurnadhirah

2. Naelofar Hijab is a brand under NH Prima International, a company founded by the Kelantanese
beauty and her sister Noor Nabila. The move into the hijab business came after Neelofa's
personal transformation and her decision to don the tudung in 2014. What I can see in this
company, it encompasses written, oral, visual and digital communication within a workplace
context. The field is closely related to that of technical communication, though professional
communication encompasses a wider variety of skills.
3. “Health director-general Tan Sri Dr Noor Hisham Abdullah said the daily tally
increases the number of positive cases to 103,900, of which 20,035 are active
cases.
All but 11 of the cases were local infections.
Kuala Lumpur logged the highest number of cases at 728 (31.2 per cent), followed by
Selangor at 710 (30.4 per cent), and Johor at 412 cases (17.6 per cent).
Sabah recorded 248 new cases, Penang (58 cases), Kelantan (54), Negri Sembilan
(33), Perak (26), Pahang (19), and 16 in both Kedah and Labuan.”

3. The company in case is Adidas Company. Adidas company’s website is not friendly to the person
who visits it for the first time. Unlike other sporting goods websites, it nowhere mentions as to
what the company is all about, and expects that every visitor has done his or her homework
before visiting the page. By outsourcing manufacturing processes to third-party suppliers
working overseas, Adidas loses some control over how its products are made. This makes it
extremely difficult for Adidas to ensure all of its products meet the same rigorous quality
standards. Furthermore, by outsourcing the manufacture of its products, Adidas is put at the
mercy of third-party suppliers. If the suppliers are, for example, unhappy with compensation,
they can simply stop working. This can quickly cause issues for a company as big as Adidas.
Another major weakness facing Adidas is its narrow product line. Despite diversification across
multiple price ranges and international markets, Adidas has not yet opted to diversify its product
line. Currently, Adidas almost exclusively offers sportswear products, with a focus on footwear.
It’s hard to imagine the sportswear industry getting any smaller, but it’s not hard to imagine new
competitors forcing their way into the market and siphoning away Adidas’ market share. If
Adidas were more diversified in the products it offers, it would be less shaken by market
changes or new competitors.
