Exercise

1. Dance – An example of movement is dancing .This uses the body as an instrument to express
one's self through exploring and keeping up with the rhythm of the music.
2. Sports Activities- There are different types of sports. It involves both mental and physical
movements in this kind of activity. Basketball as an example, you don’t just stand in the court to
soot the ball. It needs to jump and run while dribbling the ball. Though in a chess game uses
mind and to have tactical plans.
3. Exercise- The body needs to be physically fit to move effectively with the flow of weight inside
the body. Walking, Running, and Jumping are an example of exercises.
4. Household chores- I assumes that people who are same age as mine used to do household
chores in their houses such as cooking, scrubbing and washing dishes. This serves as a duty of
being part of the family.
5. Eating- In order to taste the food. It needs to move a muscle to break down the food into
smaller pieces through chewing.
