Venerable sir,

It is reported Biomedical engineer kidney centre ABG analyser electrode not work properly
due to which ABG analyser out of order and that analyser have no have out of order and Ud it’s
electrode not work properly It is stated that Inspection was held on 26-01-2021 regarding
installation of dialysis machine of M/S B BRAUN. Consequently, worthy committee decided to
ensure all machines are functional but one machine have non functional with mentioned Sr.
No 512254.Company's engineer is being done work on non functional machine.
