I have known Mr. Adonias Gemeda Bora for three years while he was studying in our
University, as Business Management student at Rift Valley University, Ethiopia. Under that
capacity therefore, he has served the endeavor as the one of the best student from the
University. Amongst his major tasks, during his stay with our University, he as a student
representative has shown good leadership, organizing, and coordination skills and contributed
significantly while working with the other students of our department. He set himself apart
from the rest because of his caliber and intelligence. I have no second thoughts to say that he
is the best I have ever come across during my attachment.

He has a strong background in organizing, research and training areas. He has the best GPA
in Business Management. He possesses excellent comprehension and expression skills,
excellent oral and written communication skills in English, and a fair for undertakings
pertinent to Business and Development related programs; apart from that his skills on
computer information system tools and equipment is highly commendable.

All in all, he is cut above the rest and is made for higher level engagements and achievements
