(d) any person who shall, knowingly and without lawful

purpose in any hour of any day, possess any lottery list

a fine of not less than the value of the gift and] not less
than three times the value of the gift in addition to the
penalty corresponding to the crime agreed upon, if the
same shall have been committed

If the gift was accepted by the officer in consideration

of the execution of an act which does not constitute a
crime and that act shall not have been accomplised -

 prision correccional, in its medium period and a fine of

not less than twice the value of such gift

If the object for which the gift was received or promised

was to make the public officer refrain from doing
something which it was his official duty to do-

times the value of such gift

In addition to the penalties provided in the preceding

paragraphs, the culprit shall suffer the penalty of special
temporary disqualification.

 Qualified bribery shall suffer the penalty for the offense which was not
prosecuted

If it is the public officer who asks or demands such gift

or present, he shall suffer the penalty of death.*

violence upon the person of the offended party shall be
punished by arresto mayor from five to fifteen days.
Giving assistance to suicide Prision mayor - Any person who shall assist another to
commit suicide

If such person leads his assistance to another to the

extent of doing the killing himself- RT

periods.

The same rule shall be applied when the offenders are

armed, but the value of the property taken does not
exceed 250 pesos.

Robbery in an uninhabited  maximum period of the penalty provided in the

place or in a private building shall be punished by prision correccional if any of the
following circumstances is present:

When the value of the property takes does not exceed

In the cases specified in Articles 294, 295, 297, 299,

300, and 302 of this Code, when the property taken is
mail matter or large cattle, the offender shall suffer the
penalties next higher in degree than those provided in
said articles.

methylenedioxymethampheta

trimethoxyamphetamine
(TMA), lysergic acid
diethylamine (LSD), gamma
hydroxyamphetamine
(GHB), and those similarly
designed or newly introduced
drugs and their derivatives,
without having any
therapeutic value or if the
quantity possessed is far 1. ife imprisonment and a
