penalty corresponding to the crime agreed upon, if the
same shall have been committed
If the gift was accepted by the officer in consideration
of the execution of an act which does not constitute a
crime and that act shall not have been accomplised -
prision correccional, in its medium period and a fine of
not less than twice the value of such gift
If the object for which the gift was received or promised
was to make the public officer refrain from doing
something which it was his official duty to do-

In addition to the penalties provided in the preceding
paragraphs, the culprit shall suffer the penalty of special

Robbery is an uninhabited if the value of the property taken exceeds 250 pesos,
place or in a private building shall be punished by prision correccional if any of the
following circumstances is present:
1. If the entrance has been effected through any opening
not intended for entrance or egress.
2. If any wall, roof, flour or outside door or window has
been broken.
3. If the entrance has been effected through the use of
false keys, picklocks or other similar tools.
4. If any dorm, wardrobe, chest or by sealed or closed

300, and 302 of this Code, when the property taken is

(TMA), lysergic acid
diethylamine (LSD), gamma
hydroxyamphetamine
(GHB), and those similarly
designed or newly introduced
drugs and their derivatives,
without having any
therapeutic value or if the
