Answer

Learnability refers to how simple it is for a student to complete basic tasks while interacting with a product for
the first time. The interface is designed to suit university students, without the need for explanation and with
just a few clicks in just a few seconds. It is not required that someone show (teach) them how to use it. there
also interact menu Through which you can obtain official university documents online, know the average and
grades of the semester, and you can also delete the material from the user's main interface directly and without
effort.

teacher.

I had no idea how to use the website the first time I used it, and there was no instruction to guide me. The site
really needs some explanation in the first time.

times, and so on, and they use distances and borders with no non-related information.

Q1: Efficient to use (efficiency): refers to the way a product supports users in carrying out their tasks to save
time, efforts, money, resources,..

• Use of patterns (how users make use of the interface patterns to solve a task),

• SIS fulfill the efficiency usability goal because once the students login using their Id , the system identify all
their information such as name, courses completed, courses register so when a student wants to register courses
the system will identify the courses to be registered (input rating to complete a task)
• When student want to do a grade appeal the choices for the academic year and semesters by default show the
current academic year and the past semester so it will not require the users to enter them. [save efforts]

clear. The Icons are easy to distinguish and read. For example the is high contrast between the foreground and
the background in the menu options to become very noticeable.

change and explain how the design supported it.

Amazon: it encourages persuasive technology and behavioral modification because it makes the purchasing
experience so quick and straightforward that people can buy more, and when a consumer selects a product to
buy, the website will show the customer several products that are relevant to the one bought, encouraging the
customer to buy those items as well. So, The click process makes purchasing something from their online store
a breeze. Its also support some Techniques like Pop-up ads, reminders for hot seals, prompts, personalized
messages, emails

existing application/website of how the design heuristic was supported and explain why.

Answer

Preventing Errors is a design heuristic that supports providing feedback to users. When a user creates a new
account on AliExpress, the user will be asked for information such as a username and password etc ; if the
username has already been taken by another user, an message error will pop up to notify the user and tell the
user to change it to complete the registiration. also if the password do not match the required password or the
email is not correct another error message will appear.

how the design heuristic was supported.

Answer

In the SIS scheme, there are several icons such as Home, Email, Language, and Logout.
If the user clicks on the email icons, he will be redirected to emails sent by their teachers, while if he clicks on
the home page, he will be redirected to the home page. Its also Show Status of the student Is he a regular
student or does he have some ultimatums? This is in order to pay attention to his academic achievement.

used to support coordinating WhatsApp?
Answer

Whatsapp users may create a community between themselves to help them organize their acts. Furthermore,
within the same group chat, users may choose to respond to specific messages from specific users.
Whatsapp also allows users to exchange photos, documents, voice messages, and group calls inside the same
conversation, which can help people work together better. We do not ignore the privacy buttons, you can
activate them to avoid nosy people, and you can activate mute to avoid inconvenience as well.

• Nilsen: Users often choose system functions by mistake and will need a clearly marked "emergency exit" to
leave the unwanted state without having to go through an extended dialogue. Support undo and redo. 
• Exit from unwanted situation, ability to do and undo, not to force people towards specific action.
• Provide an example from UOB SIS of how the design heuristic was supported(3 Points).
For example :undo option when write a keyword in search bar or if choice any option

• Nilsen : Accelerators -- unseen by the novice user -- may often speed up the interaction for the expert user
such that the system can cater to both inexperienced and experienced users. Allow users to tailor frequent
