In order to popularize modem ideas and latest technology on road development, construction of concrete bridges, accommodation of utility services on roads, design of rigid pavement and maintenance of highways, IRC have brought out very useful publications, a list of which is enclosed herewith. Every highway engineer must have a copy of the same for reference and guidance as these will prove to be very useful and provide new methods for maintenance and ‘construction road and bridge.
