Running Head: CONSUMER BUYING PROCESS

The consumer purchasing process recognizes the problem and involves six processes:
information retrieval, alternative evaluation, purchase, use, and evaluation. Consumers perform
the following steps, depending on the particular consumer. Consumers may not be using every
step of the purchasing process and can skip several steps to make a purchase. All steps should be
taken to avoid dissonance regarding incorrect purchase decisions.
Awareness of the problem involves why consumers want to buy a particular item. It is caused by
desires and desires to meet their needs. We are providing opportunities for marketers. I used a
smartphone or it's quite old. I used to use a Nokia smartphone a long time ago before I was lost
in an accident. My life was never the same again. Due to economic constraints I cannot
guarantee it for several months. I had to come out to keep in touch with my friends online. This
was done via Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and whatsapp. Better to stay without a smartphone
than to stay offline on the phone.
I realized that the purchasing process was lacking in contact with friends and relatives. So I was
looking for a smartphone. Going in any direction to buy the best gadgets due to time and
technological changes was confusing.
After recognizing my problem, the information retrieval process started. I was looking for a
solution that I knew there was a problem. I ask my friends about the best gadgets on the market
and navigate the advances and features of new phone technologies that can be used in cyber all
day long. I have acquired the latest technology. I had to visit a smartphone dealer in the city to
see what they offered, which I thought this wasn't enough. Surprisingly, all smartphones have
almost the same features, and I don't think they are superior to others. I thought it would take me
to find more information to get it right.
I visited the best electronic showrooms and exhibitions where smartphones were exhibited, but
couldn't figure out what was the best. Many companies offered almost the same smartphones on
the market. The difference is only shown by the efforts of the brand and each company's gadget
advertising.
I have so many choices and my decisions are very confusing. It was time to evaluate my choices.
I had to compare the price and quality of smartphones from different companies, and the services
offered after purchase. Some gadgets had a warranty, while others were being sold at discount
prices. Considering the risk of buying a poor quality product just because it is offered at a low
price, it took the cost of failure. Buy better with warranty and expensive gadgets. My only
problem was the fact that I always hate financial constraints and danger.
I had all the relevant information I needed to buy a smartphone and knew it was the right time to
buy a device. The purchase decision is moderate in the six-step process described. I am currently
navigating multiple options to understand pricing and payment options and therefore at the time
of purchase. It was time to take or lose it. This is one of the most important steps in the consumer
purchasing process. It was time to meet the needs and solve the problems in the first step. You've
seen the best brands of smartphones you want. The specials were also favorable and the price
was reasonable. It came with a two-year warranty. The day after I quit my job, I walked by a
dealer to test features such as gadget browsing speed. It had a pretty good memory capacity, it's

operating system was new to the market. The only concern I had was compatibility with the Play
Store application. The dealer installed many apps to show how good it was and eventually I was
convinced to buy it.
I've been using it for a while, but I thought it was one of the best smartphones on the market at
the time. I connect with friends, chat with friends, post new photos, blog online, video chat with
celebrities, watch news or movies online, listen to music, and many other activities. A month
later, a phone call from the merchant confirmed the operation of the smartphone. Definitely not, I
have to thank him for the best gadget ever. Using this item was the 5th step in the purchasing
process.
The smartphone works for about 4 months, and I'm starting to have problems with power usage.
Charging takes an hour, after which a fun and irritating sound indicates that the battery is low. I
thought this really bore me and blackmailed me from the dealer for taking the wrong device. I
called the dealer, but this time he was out of luck. My friend made the wrong choice and I will
laugh. I decided to buy a portable auxiliary battery that I also care about carrying around with me
everywhere. There was no best moment in my life.
It's a shame that we've gone through step 6 of the purchasing process but haven't achieved our
goal yet. But above all, I found that the purchase decision step is the most important step. The
sales organization was providing all relevant information about the device so that the six steps
could be taken effectively.
