The organization management talks about how to achieve the goal


with their vision and mission. The company is utilized to gather
information to analyze and then used to develop strategies that are
then implemented by having meetings and trainings. There are some
need to have an organized management like planning, staffing,
leading, time management and motivation. Today the developed
work from home base is their alternative way to still give function to
the organization. Keeping it in mind the cause of the pandemic and
the profit of the company is a big challenge to the management to
find alternative solution. With the new technology some of the needs
of the company was solved. But somehow, some employees were
exhausted and more stress in working from home because of the
overload work and unlimited to dos. In this situation there is a lack in
organization management.
