1. Is our reverence of science justified?
Explain
- Faith must higher than reverence, due to our Creator or God, we are able
to make this science stuff possible. Yes our science marks as big respect
due to many huge discoveries by our ancestors and our past scientists.
2. Were we successful so far in trying to tie down technology with what we
conceive as human flourishing?
- Yes, we must say that we are successful in terms of improving our
technologies. With our high-tech technologies, we are able to do our works
much easier unlike the past centuries.

1. State a brief history or discovery that brought about the invention or
discovery of the things stated below. State their contributions in our
scientific development
a. Gravity
-The legend is that Newton discovered Gravity when he saw a falling
apple while thinking about the forces of nature. Whatever really happened,
Newton realized that some force must be acting on falling objects like
apples because otherwise they would not start moving from rest.

to identify which is good and which is bad.
e. Radio

morse code and the instrument he used known as the radio.
f. Benzene Ring
-Benzene was first discovered by the English scientist Michael Faraday in
1825 in illuminating gas. In 1834 German chemist Eilhardt Mitscherlich
heated benzoic acid with lime and produced benzene.
g. Large Hadron Collider
-It is the largest and most powerful particle accelerator in the world.
-It first started up on 10 September 2008, and remains the latest addition
to CERN's accelerator complex

powder in the 9th century. The earliest depiction of a gun dates back to the
12th century and the oldest existing firearm is from around 1288.
i. Internet
-The first workable prototype of the Internet came in the late 1960s with
the creation of ARPANET, or the Advanced Research Projects Agency
Network.
j. cell phones
- the history of mobile phones goes back to 1908 when a US Patent was

2. First we have to gather our all idea in our community to come up with
the most common technology or way. For the next one I the leader of this
community will have to choose for the perfect way to improve our problem
at the same time improve our economy. Analyze and come up with a
different solution.
