The Gagmayng Kristohanong Katilingban (GKK) Sagrada Pamilya church in Lower Madang, Philippines was established in 2010 and has since made improvements to their chapel infrastructure. Sir/Madam:

Greetings of peace and a celebration of life!

The Gagmayng Kristohanong Katilingban (GKK) Sagrada Pamilya located at


Belsonda, Lower Madang, Barangay Central, City of Mati was established and had
erected its own Chapel in 2010.

Since then, the officers and members of the said GKK have made some
improvements and reconstruction in the infrastructure of the said House of Worship.

The community members make a continuous improvement plan to further develop


and extend the area of the Chapel. They long to provide the necessary requirements
of the aforementioned project however its fiscal resources are so meager so as to
suffice the need.

It is in this premise that the institution seeks significant ways and means to address
the said situation. Thus, the undersigned, together with and on behalf of her
constituents, would like to request for assistance from your office the following
construction materials:
 Corrugated Galvanized Iron Sheets
 Sacks of Cement
 Timbers
 Sand and Gravel

We are hoping for your unbounded generosity to our community. May you continue
to be a blessing to others as you have been to us.
