ELEMENTARY SCHOO, BACNOTAN, LA UNION HELD ON JULY 10, 2013
AT 1:00 PM .

ALL PRESENT :

ABSENT : NONE
RESOLUTION NO. 01,s. 2013

A JOINT Resolution of the ZARAGOSA ES SCHOOL FACULTY & STAFF & PTA
OFFICERS & MEMBERS requesting the HON. CONGRESSMAN VICTOR F.
ORTEGA, CONGRESSMAN, FIRST DISTRICT OF LA UNION to cause the expansion
of the stage .

WHEREAS, the School Faculty & Staff & in cooperation with the PTA Officials
& members have adopted the EXPANSION of the stage as our priority project due
to its great importance in all the school activities;

WHEREAS, the stage is used as a venue for all barangay and school meetings,
and the its space could only cover around 100 people and considering the population of
the school which is more than 300 plus their parents when ever graduation is conducted;

WHEREAS , the school has been the favorite venue of some


BoyScourt/GirlScout Encounter, and trainings catering to around 500 constituents from
the First Congressional ;

WHEREAS, the school is financially incapable to institute such project;

THEREFORE, on motion of Mrs. Lourdes A. Floria,School Head ,duly


seconded by Ligaya Marzo, PTA President be it ;

RESOLVED, as it is hereby resolved to request the HON. CONGRESSMAN


VICTOR F. ORTEGA, CONGRESSMAN, FIRST DISTRICT OF LA UNION to cause
the expansion of the stage .

RESOLVED FURTHER, that copies of this resolution be furnished to the office


of the Congressman for their consideration and approval.

RESOLVED FINALLY, to express our grateful acknowledgment to HON.


CONGRESSMAN VICTOR F. ORTEGA, CONGRESSMAN, FIRST DISTRICT OF
LA UNION & his staff for their kind and immediate action of said project..

UNANIMOUSLY APPROVED.
