The period of training has been one marked with immense learning and
experience. Job satisfaction is a subjective topic as source of satisfaction vary
from person to person people are guided by their own preference and
perceptions.
The survey has enabled the researched to understand the needs and
preferences of the employees. It gives a useful insight into what drives and
motivates different people. Also it enabled the researcher to understand how
different people may perceive the same things differently.
This can explain by the fact that different people come from various
backgrounds and cultures and can be influenced by their own likes and dislikes.
Since contrasting personalities work at the same place it is an onerous task for
the management to bring them together and co-ordinate their activities in a
manner that would be of benefits it the organization. An understanding of the
employee’s level of satisfaction with the job and the environment becomes
pertinent as higher satisfaction leads to effective task performance.
