We refer to your application and subsequent discussion we had with you for suitable position
in our office. We are pleased to communicate to you and offer you the position of “Service
Engineer” on the agreed terms and conditions:-
Your place of working will be “Delhi” later you will be transferred to any other location
depending on the business need.
Your are requested to make it convenient to join or before 05/02/2021
Formal letter of appointment containing terms in details shall be issued to you after joining the
service of the company.
Your Cost to Company package will be Rs.29, 000/- p.m. (Twenty Nine Thousand Rupees Only)
Kindly sign this letter as a token of acceptance.
Kindly mail me Education Certificates, Experience Certificates, Resignation letter of your current
employer, Address Proof, Photo ID Proof, Salary proof, Photographs and other related documents
before Joining.

Your TA/DA structure will be as per given below :


Local DA - 200/- (Including local transport)
Ex Station - 275/- (Including local transport)
Out Station – 425/- (Including local transport)
Hotel limit – 500-800/-
