I had given GEPCO(Jr.Engineer Electrical ) test held on Sunday 10th November


2019 having roll no and CNIC In this test there were few
questions that were wrong / misstated/ in Yellow Book. Proof of correct answers
question attached below.
Q No 1 (35 yellow Book)
Two Bulbs of 100 W operating at 200V in parallel are now connected in series
with 100 V then Now total Power consumed by them
A 100W          B 50 W       C 66 W       D 33 W
All options are wrong. Right answer is 12.5 which is not present in answers. NTS
must Award All for this question.
 
Q No 2 (59 Yellow Book)
Which find application of speed control of D.C motor
A FET         B SCR                 C IRC                  D Diode
NTS Mark option A correct which is wrong. Write Answer is B (SCR). NTS

Resistance 1 ohm, 2 ohm and 3 ohm are connected in the form of triangle. If cell
emf 1.5 V and negligible is connected across 3 ohm, the current through this
resistance

All options are wrong. Right answer is 0.5 A which is not present in answers. NTS
