1. *No field should be skipped while form filling. IF skipped using the skip
option student will be asked to fill a form again if any details are
incorrect. This will require an additional payment*
2. Red Asterix (*) denotes that it is mandatory that information be filled in
and it cannot be left blank. Failure to provide this mandatory data will not
allow you to move forward.
3. Selection and finalization of subject choices for XIth Classes is being
done during submission of the hard copy of the form
4. For uploading a Photograph, it is mandatory that the photo be a recent
Passport size photo measuring 35mm by 45mm and preferably with a
white background only. Make sure that the file size of the photo is limited
to 40 KB or less and the file type must be JPG file type only. The file size
of the student signature should not be more than 20kb
5. Scanning and uploading
a) 10th standard mark sheets and L.C.\T.C Certificate are mandatory.
b) Gap Certificate, if applicable.
c) Migration Certificate, if applicable.
d) Caste Certificate, if applicable.
e) Eligibility Certificate, if applicable.
f) Bonafide Certificate (Private Students)
6. Students with Muslim Minority Quota should check (√) the minority
option
7. In the Education Details Section, students should enter their 10th Std
details into it.
