In this lesson we will discuss the meaning of globalization, what causes it, what drives it, Its implications,
and how affects communication.

Target Learning Outcome:

At the end of this chapter, the students should be able to:

- Acquire knowledge, skills and attitudes that increase cultural competence
- Explain how cultural and global issues affect globalization
- Develop positive attitude toward people from different cultural groups
