E MANUAL
I. GENERAL POLICIES AND GUIDELINES
All Teaching and Non- Teaching staffs are required to strictly observe and comply with the
following rules and regulations:
1. Attendance
a) All teaching and non-teaching staffs are required to be present from Monday to
Friday. The school has also the prerogative to either ask the teaching and non-
teaching staffs to report on a Saturday (as the need arises).
b) Personal leaves are to be filed 15 working days prior to the date of absence. The
administration has the right to either approve or deny the request. Employees to
be absent because of sickness should bring a medical certificate and a certificate
of fit to work before allowed to resume teaching/working. Emergency leaves
should be used as a reason if reasons indicated are stipulated in the manuals of
the Department of Labor and Employment.
2. Tardiness
a) No Teacher is allowed to be late except for emergency reasons stipulated in the
manual of the Department of Labor and Employment.
b) Teachers are expected to be in the school before 7:30 in the morning on a
Monday and 7:45 in the morning from Tuesdays to Fridays
3. English Only Policy
a) Teaching and Non-Teaching staffs are required to Speak in English with-in the
campus. Teaching and non-teaching staffs are not exempted from the students’
council policy, thus, required to pay corresponding sanctions if caught.
b) Teachers teaching Mother Tongue, Civics, and Filipino are exempted from this
policy only with-in the four corners of their classroom and only during the time
specified.
4. Cleanliness
a) Teachers and Non-Teaching Staffs are responsible for the cleanliness of the
campus. Class advisers are required to monitor the hygiene of their designated
advisory class and have the leeway to impose classroom rules.
Non-Compliance to the policies mentioned above will correspond to memos, conferences,
and even dismissal. Removal from work due to these grounds will lead to non-giving of
service credits and certificate of employment.

II. ADMISTRATION AND OPERATIONS
1. SCHOOL ADMINISTRATOR
Duties and Responsibilities:
a) Oversee the day-to-day operations and decisions related to the school.
b) Carry out the policies and regulations established by the School Director and the
Administration
c) Report to the School Director on a weekly basis regarding the progress of the
school.
d) Issue memorandums approved and signed by the School Director.
2. BUDGETS
The proposal for the annual budgets of each department are to be presented during
the first Board Meeting before the beginning of the Academic Year. The proposals
are to be prepared by the department staff and department heads and must also be
examined by the accounting officer before the presentation. The Administration and
the School Director have the power to disagree of to request for another proposal in
cases that the Administration and the School Director find the first proposal
unreasonable or lacking. The approval of the Administration and the School Director
are required before the release of the said budgets.
3. SALARIES AND BENEFITS
a) Pay and Salaries
All Teaching and Non- Teaching staffs adhere to NO WORK NO PAY
POLICY. Anticipated absence should be relayed and applied to the office
for approval a week before the leave takes place.
The Teaching and Non-teaching staffs agreed a definite amount of salary
upon signing the contract presented by the school. All the agreed
propositions are discussed in detail in the contract.
Cash advances may be regulated within a month, provided that all
requirements have been submitted. Raise and deductions are given based
on the evaluation of the Administration and the School Director provided
with valid and necessary evidences and/or reasons.

b) BENEFITS
Benefits includes SSS, Pag-Ibig and Philhealth provided that the teacher of
personnel provides the necessary requirements requested by the
Administration on time.
4. DEPARTMENTS
a) Academic Department
Responsible for all the academic affairs and concerns of the school. All
Academic events are handled by this department. Faculty and Teaching
assistants are the major contributors in this department.
Handling and Guiding the Academic needs of the students, addressing
concerns and difficulties of the students in terms of their learning, and
ensuring that all students regardless of their grade level or status, will
receive the quality education they deserve.
b) IT Department
Operations that involves the use of technological advancements are
monitored by the IT Department. The due to the newly implemented
distance-learning curriculum, the services of this department may extend to
the student body and other personnel as needed.
c) Supplies Department
Monitors all the supplies that enters and leaves the school. These supplies
may include but are not limited to: school supplies, office supplies,
maintenance supplies, cleaning materials, office appliances (computers,
printers, etc), classroom necessities (tables, chairs, etc.), laboratory and
library supplies and stocks.
d) Finance and Registrar Office
Fees
All school related fees (includes academic fees, miscellaneous fees, maintenance
fees, school trips and excursions) are regulated, monitored, received, filed and
organized by these offices. All official billing statements can be requested in this
office.
Registration and School Forms
All students’ information regarding enrollment, completion, compliance and
graduation are kept, organized and updated by the office of the Registrar. All

requests regarding transfers, re-enrollment, good moral and Forms (137, 138, etc.)
are processed by the office.
e) Guidance and Health Office
Caters all affairs outside the classroom that requires psychological
interventions. This office offers counseling and advising services to all the
school’s constituents.
Students sanctioned with misconduct, misbehavior and violence are guided
by the office. Parents are informed by the office regarding their child’s
actions and are advised accordingly, by the Guidance Counselor. The
Guidance Office may hold the release of student’s good moral certificate in
cases of severe incidents that are recorded under the student’s
accountability.
Clinical services, first aid and basic treatments are monitored and
implemented by the Health Office. The School Clinic offers this services to all
the schools’ constituents.
