Note:

A fee of Rs.35/- per Sq.mtr for residential buildings and Rs.60/- per Sq.mtr for non – residential & other type of buildings
will be charged against the total built up area as per Government Order No. ಒ ಇ 196 ಕ ಅ ä  ' + 2017 Date:27-10-2017.
The minimum fee applicable for residential building is Rs.2,50,000/- (if it is less than 5000 Sq.mtr) and for non – residential &
other type of buildings is Rs.5,00,000/- (if it is less than 5000 Sq.mtr) as per Government Order No. ಒ ಇ 196 ಕ ಅ ä  ' + 2017

If the building is constructed and occupied, penalty fee will be charged 4 times of the built up area as per Government Order
