Reconsiderationletter

Raul Casanova requests reconsideration of the denial of a zoning clearance for a fencing project. The decision was made without considering the adverse effects it would have on registered land owners. Specifically, the 60 meter wide road planned in the zoning ordinance was passed without evaluating how it could be realistically implemented in the area given the current situation. The owner asks that the decision be re-examined in light of these important factors that were overlooked previously.
