 ORIGINAL ANATOLIA PAYMENT RECEIPT


 VALID AND CLEAR READABLE COPY OF APPLICANT CNIC
 VALID AND CLEAR READABLE COPY OF APPLICANT TAZKIRA / PASSPORT (FOR AFGHAN
APPLICANTS)

PASSPORT COLLECTION ON AUTHORITY LETTER

 ORIGINAL ANATOLIA PAYMENT RECEIPT


 VALID AND CLEAR READABLE COPY OF APPLICANT CNIC
 VALID AND CLEAR READABLE COPY OF AN AUTHORIZED PERSON CNIC
 AN AUTHORITY LETTER WITH SIGNATURE OF APPLICANT (APPLICANT SIGNATURES MUST
MATCH WITH HIS/HER CNIC)

PASSPORT COLLECTION BY BLOOD RELATION

 ORIGINAL ANATOLIA PAYMENT RECEIPT


 VALID AND CLEAR READABLE COPY OF APPLICANT CNIC
 VALID AND CLEAR READABLE COPY OF BLOOD RELATION PERSON CNIC
 BLOOD RELATION PERSON CAN COLLECT THE APPLICANT PASSPORT WITH OUT AN
AUTHORITY LETTER
 UNDER 18 YEARS BLOOD RELATION CANNOT COLLECT PASSPORTS ON BEHALF OF FAMILY

NOTE:

IN CASE IF AN APPLICANT HAS LOST/MISPLACED ORIGINAL PAYMENT RECEIPT OF


ANATOLIA, APPLICANT HAVE TO COME PERSONALLY AT THE VISA APPLICATION
CENTER TO SIGN A DECLARATION FORM. AN AFFIDAVIT ON STAMP PAPER IS NO
MORE REQUIRED
