Important Information to the Pilgrims:

Note: The accommodation slip should invariably scan while going to Tirumala at “Alipiri Toll Gate / Alipiri Footpath / Srivari
Mettu Footpath to get the room allotment”. The allotment information will be sent to the registered mobiles along with the
reporting location. Pilgrims can directly go to the sub enquiry to get the room allotment.
1.Without valid Darshan ticket, pilgrims will not be allowed to Tirumala.
2.Maximum of 2 persons are allowed to stay in one accommodation
3.Please avail additional rooms at Tirumala in case you have booked Darshan tickets for more than 2 persons.
4.The allotment of room is only for 24 Hrs and No Extension will be allowed. Pilgrim should invariably vacate the room within 24 Hrs.
5.If Pilgrims fails to avail the Accommodation in stipulated Timeslot, No consideration will be done.
6.The pilgrim should produce the original ID proof at the time of availing the Accommodation
7.Caution deposit (if any) will be refunded to the original source of the payment post vacation of room.
8.Accommodation bookings can be cancelled up to one day in advance prior to accommodation date irrespective of timeslots and base tariff
along with caution deposit (if any) will be refunded.
9.Re-scheduling of accommodation date is not allowed under any circumstances.
10.In the event of not availing the accommodation on the specified date and stipulated Timeslot, only caution deposit (if any) will be refunded
11.T.T.D administration reserves the right of cancellation of the accommodation under any special circumstances.

Do observe Hindu traditions in Tirumala.
Do deposit your offerings in the Hundi only.
Do wear a tilak in accordance with your religious affiliation.
Do follow the procedures of the temple and wait for your turn for the darshan of the Lord.
DONT's
Don't come to Tirumala for any purpose other than worshiping the Lord.
Don't wear footwear and don't move in a vehicle in Mada streets of Tirumala.
