Tighten the side set screws again. CAUTION || Do not tighten the set screws too much, because the IONTOMAT chamber will bend. © Secure the cables against moving up against the cassette Bucky using cable ties. Reinstall the side brake cover. Reinstall the rear cover panel. Reinstall the front cover panel. '* Prior to performing any activity in the generator, switch it off at the power OFF switch on the generator console. * To switch power off to all parts of the system (generator and connected components), set the system switch to the OFF position. However, there are still approx. 600 VDC battery voltage present in the energy storage cabinet! "> Secure the SW2 switch in the energy storage cabinet against switching it back on (Fig. 4/ p. 6). To do this, slid the square white sleeve (1/Fig. 5 / p. 9) back and secure it with a lock (2/Fig. 5 / p. 9). Then perform a measurement to ensure that the generator is cut off from power; to do this, measure at the: © DC battery output voltage (+/-) at the power connection of the energy storage cabinet (6/Fig. 6 / p. 9). © 400 V AC output voltage (13/14) at the power connection of the energy storage cabinet (2/Fig. 6 / p. 9). Remove the 4 mounting screws (2/Fig. 7 / p. 10) and lift the generator cabinet off the pallet. Mark the 4 mounting holes (3/Fig. 7 / p. 10) for the generator cabinet using the card- board template included in the shipment. The cardboard template is on the generator cabinet. Drill the holes and insert the screw anchors included in the shipment. Loosen the four screws on the transport safety device (3, 4/Fig. 8 / p. 10) and remove the transport safety device. Remove the wooden transport safety device (5/Fig. 8 / p. 10). Secure the generator cabinet in place with the 4 hex screws. Loosen the two screws on the shielding plate (1/Fig. 8 / p. 10) and unhook the shield- ing plate on the lett side (2/Fig. 8 /p. 10). Reposition the clamp (6/Fig. 8 / p. 10) for the power cable from (6/Fig. 8 /p. 10) to (4Fig. 8 /p. 10). After removing the knockouts, place on edge trim from the acces- sory pack. The back wall can be stabilized from the inside through the holes by using the sheet metal screws and washers included in the shipment (X/Fig. 7/p. 10). Siemens AG.
