LOAN AGREEMENT
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
This Agreement is entered into by and between:

________________________________________________, hereinafter referred to as the “FIRST
PARTY”;
- and -
MLQ ANTIPOLO PRIVATE MARKET VENDORS CORP a corporation organized and existing under the
laws of the Republic of the Philippines, with principal address at Manuel L. Quezon St. San Roque,
Antipolo City, Rizal, Philippines, duly represented herein by its President, CRISANTA UMANDAP
hereinafter referred to as the "SECOND PARTY".
WITNESSETH;
WHEREAS, the SECOND PARTY requested the FIRST PARTY to issue a loan in favor of the SECOND
PARTY;
WHEREAS, in consideration for the loan, the FIRST PARTY shall receive from the SECOND PARTY
monthly interest payments based on the agreed amount and interest rate;
NOW THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the foregoing premises and of the mutual covenants
herein contained, the parties to this Agreement hereby agree to the following:
1. The FIRST PARTY shall extend a loan to the SECOND PARTY in the principal sum of ONE HUNDRED
AND TWENTY MILLION PESOS (P120,000,000.00) (the "LOAN");
2. The SECOND PARTY promises to pay principal amount of the LOAN to the FIRST PARTY after
TWELVE (12) YEARS AND FOUR (4) MONTHS or on July 15, 2033;
3. The fixed interest at TWO PERCENT (2%) per month or TWO MILLION AND FOUR HUNDRED
THOUSAND (P2,400,000.00) shall be paid through the issuance and delivery of TWELVE (12) POST-
DATED CHECKS on or before March 15, 2021 and each year thereafter until March 15, 2033. The
post-dated checks shall be dated every 15 th day of the month starting on April 15, 2021 representing
the monthly payment of the interest.
4. The payment of interest shall not include any amount for the principal unless otherwise stated in
the receipt issued by the FIRST PARTY.
5. The FIRST PARTY shall issue a receipt every 15 th day of the month representing the monthly
payment of the interest after the FIRST PARTY has withdrawn the scheduled check for that month.
6. The parties agree that all actions under this Agreement shall be brought before the proper courts
of Antipolo City, each party hereby waiving any other venue.
