Present: Sh. Siddharth Silwal, Ld. Counsel for the plaintiff. 
Sh. Ravjyot Singh, Ld. Counsel for the defendant Emmanuel Doudier. 
Ld.   Counsel   for   the   defendant   No.1   submits   that   he   wants   to   be 
discharged in the present case as despite his best efforts and e­mail sent to the 
defendant client is not responding.     He further submits that the address of the 
defendant is already on record. The e­mail address of defendant which has been 
furnished today is also taken on record. 
Heard.   Ld. Counsel for the defendant stands discharged. 
Let notice be again sent to the defendant through all modes i.e. PF, 
RC, Speed­Post and e­mail for 09.02.2017.
