I, Maria Paz V. De Castro, of legal age, Filipino, married with


residence at La Vista, Quezon City the owner of Lot No. 312-C-2, covered
by TCT No. T-254911 located at Manapla, Negros Occidental, have
named, constituted and appointed Caridad Vergara de Castro of legal age,
Filipino, widow as my true and lawful Attorney-in-Fact, for me and in my
name and stead for my use and benefit, to do and perform the following
acts and things:

“To conduct the necessary negotiations with the concerned office/s of


the Land Bank of the Philippines for the transfer to the farmer-beneficiaries
and payment settlement due me/us of my/our agricultural land/s covered by
OCT/TCT No. (T-59358) change to T-237198 (original title where my title
is derived) of the Register of Deeds, Province of Negros Occidental in
accordance with the provisions of Presidential Decree No. 27, executive
Order No. 228, executive Order 229 and Republic Act No. 6657.”
