INTRODUCTION
1.0 Background of project
In this modern world manual cutting of vegetables is still prevalent in restaurants
and caterings. This project designed made for the most part to do safe energy
humans and safe times. The vegetable cutting is not easy for those cut many
vegetables in short period from that rushing they can also injured by they careless in
there hands . From that we designed this project as called (VEGETABLE CUTTER
MACHINE) .This machine main purpose solve all those above problems .The main
aim for this project machine to build safe , comfortable for the users.
1.2 Problem Statement
Nowadays cutting the vegetable by hand .This method is very dangerous
because it can make injure for us. People like cook many foods for example
restaurant and catering those people face lots of struggles to cut the vegetables on
the time and they need more manpower. From that machine we can solve all the
above problems.

To produce safe vegetable cutter machine
To save workers energy
To less manpower
To reduce injuries

LITERATURE REVIEW
2.1 INTRODUCTION
A literature review is a body of text that aims to review the critical points of
current knowledge and methodological approaches to a particular topic. Literature
review usually precedes a research proposal and result sections. Its ultimate goal is
to bring the reader up to date with current literature on a topic and forms the basis for
another goal, such as future research that may be needed in the area. The report
that we wanted to produce needed a few factor that should be taken under
consideration until the project is implemented. To get a quality project result, we
need to study about the type of material, design, components that we used,
framework installation, installation method and maintenance, level of product safety,
structural strength, project size and so on to consider the result that we get. All this
will avoid problems during the completion or even when presenting the project.
Hence, systematic and detailed planning must be arranged to produce a complete
and perfect project.

on refrigerating cabinets, refrigeration and storage systems, drying machines,
welding machines.
