COMPANY PROJECT

The idea is to create a bakery where people can have a hot drink and a delicious dessert after
a busy day, where our specialty will be sweet crepes with ice cream, apple pie, strawberry
cheesecakes and our delicious vanilla frappuccino and all made with artisan products. When
our clients visit our pastry shop they will be given a discount voucher for their next visit. We
will have three locations, one in the north , one in the east and one in the west.

It is a private company because it is a small company and it is property of private
investors. The investors are Laura Russy and Vanessa Gutierrez, the company was
built their money and our savings.

Our products are 100% handmade, since we do not use any industrial process, which
guarantees the use of organic products, our pastry recipes are unique because they
have a secret touch. We are kind and dedicated people, our company wants that our
clients feel comfortable and calm in a place where they can escape from work and
stress.

● Why is the product unique or distinct?


The product is unique and different because they are handcrafted, low in sugar, with
vitamins and minerals. The only thing we have is a secret recipe book that we were
building with the recipes of our grandmothers and different the way we prepare and
decorate our desserts.

This bakery is suitable for all ages and people in the world, this place has a good
friendly, fresh, healthy and artisan ambience.

The friends' bakery has a main objective the preparation of pastry products, offering
variety of healthy food. Our company has an excellent service, equipment with
technology and a highly qualified personnel, as competition we have the following
companies: Hornitos, Cafe Juan valdez, Campiña, Nicolukas, Harry's Bakery, Les
Amis, Mercari, La Rosconería, Eric Kayser and Florida.

Approximately we need 200 million to create this company because we need to buy:

● This department is responsible for producing, coordinating and controlling the


launch of advertising and promotional campaigns.

● It is in charge of developing and designing packaging for products.

● It is responsible for identifying the different distribution channels that will be used
to reach the product to consumers.

Finance department

The employees that make up this department are: financial manager, accountant and
cashier.

● It is in charge of controlling and evaluating the activities of purchase, budget,


payment of obligations and accounting records that are carried out to achieve the
objectives of the company.

● It is responsible for planning financial cash flow strategies.

● Prepare management reports.

Production Manager:

The employees that make up this department are: Administration Manager, Pastry Chef,
Baker, Chef, cooking Assistant, Waiters Manager, Waiters and Cleanliness employed.
