Introducing the M2500
The M2500 is the worlds first purpose built Mobile Washing Plant, consisting of a fully integrated feeding, screening
and sand washing system.
The M2500 has been designed with you in mind. That’s why the M2500 is a robust, heavy duty machine with easy
transportation, installation and operation. Maintenance time is reduced as a result of design features ensuring
quick and easy access to wear and maintenance parts. The M2500 has been designed to produce a minimal carbon
footprint, whilst providing a machine capable of providing a low cost of ownership for it’s users - electrically
powered, no oil change, no diesel, no problems.
Each section of the M2500 can be customised ensuring that whatever your requirements the M2500 can provide
the best solution possible for you. It is possible to wash and accurately size up to 4 products simultaneously, all types
of screening media can be easily fitted and changed, minimising installation. The M2500 doesn’t stop there and has
also been designed to integrate with the world leading EvoWash sand plant. This integration allows for up to 2 sands
to be produced with all of the benefits of the EvoWash range; no fines loss, accurate adjustable sand cut points,
dry dewatered sand using the latest in sand plant technology - customised long life hydrocyclones, high frequency
dewatering screens and ultra heavy duty slurry pumps are all included as standard.

How is the M2500 different from other mobile units
available that are washing?
The M2500 has been designed specifically for washing. This will reduce downtime, prevent any
washing ‘modifications’ having to be made and be specifically set-up for your own requirements
- producing up to 4 products, 1 sand and 3 aggregates or 2 aggregates and 2 sands.
How easy is it to move the M2500?
Very. The M2500 can be folded for transport and fit onto one lowloader. The unit has been
designed for rapid set-up, so can be ready for production again within a few hours. This makes
it ideal for moving between different company site locations depending on your strategic
requirements.
Can I change the M2500 set-up to produce different
products?
Yes. A change to the aggregate sizes being produced can be quickly made by changing the screen
deck media, the M2500 design ensures that this can be done quickly and easily by one person.
The sand specification can also be changed by changing the cyclone settings, we recommend
that a qualified CDE service engineer carries out this adjustment in order to ensure minimal
downtime and maximum end product quality.
