Reflection

Nothing beats experience as the perfect learning tool. This Work Immersion served as my
stepping stone to pursue my dream. This exoeriemce gave me an inspiration to be more serious
and focused in studying. I was encouraged to do more efforts in my studies. Despite the short
periodof my experiemce, it was still a very meaningful one and it enriched my confidence of
being a good employee someday. As a Senior High School student of Loyola High School, I am
grateful that I was able to undergo work immersion in a environment whose work
requirements are related to my course (Acountacy,Business and Management). At the moment
I heard that we were taking our immersion I was a bit nervous but during my work experience
of venturing a business that deala with product,II realized that I was so fortunate enough to
have experienced first hand and learned many different sides of what goes into a the world of
accountants and the difference between working in the office and working at the field.

“Experience gives us the tests first and the lessons later.” With this subject that I encpunter for
the first time, I fully understand why it was called an “immersion.” It was to throw or absorb
ourselves into the situation of others. At first, I was really nervous, afraid of the possibility that I
might not make it.Itbis fun workimg with people with different personalities and view.In my
experience in venturing into business dealing with product that is manufacture by our own
business,I can say than it's not easy to be an enterpreneur.Me and my groupmates ancounter a
lot of difficulties that almost break us down.

After a few weeks of work immersion, I have realized some things that will really be useful for
my future. First, is believing in myself,In this way,You recognise your ability to accomplish goals.
You're optimistic about the future as you set goals and achieve them. Deep down inside, you
know you can do anything, next would be patience. Patience when it comes to the tasks that
they’re going to give you, as well as the times that you’re just waiting for the next task that will
be given to you, even if you already got bored waiting for nothing. Another imporantant thing
that I learned is teamwork,it maximizes shared knowledge in the workplace and helps you learn
new skills you can use for the rest of your career. And lastly, always poses a positive attitude.
Because positivity is next to tranquility. To sum it all up, I am glad for another experiences that I
will treasure the most. There, I have experienced new things that aren’t familiar with the things
I usually do at school. I have met new people. And learned something.
