Note: 1) Improvement charges to be paid at the rate of Rs.250 per


square meter in respect of the converted land in the
jurisdiction of newly added areas during 2007.
2) Improvement charges to be paid at the rate of Rs.200 per
square meter in respect of old 100 wards in BMP
Jurisdiction.
