Dear Waqar

The document discusses classifying road work into asphalt/concrete paving and rural roads without paving, the required work being rural road repairs without paving; it also notes that KB is not liable for warranty and the contract period is 30 days.

Dear waqar,

hope you are doing well,

1- Regarding point 2 of your email, we as a civil engineer classify the road work into 2 main categories :
a- asphalt/concrete paving ready works , and b- rural road works ( no paving required ). as per our
meeting the required work is considered as rural work ( temporary or not ) repair the surface and
mitigate any defects that happened after the last contractor left the site. but you mentioned in your
email to consider the paving and concrete levels, which must be maintained just before the paving.

2-regarding the warranty period, KB is not liable for such warranty, as cleared in my message.

3- the contract period is 30 days.
