Dear Sir, I have received the item that is not as per description, the seller has claimed them to be genuine, I have compared them with one
from my friend and they are just copy of the Original Airpods. The seller has been blacklisted probably because of that reason. Also there
has been one feedback to seller where the Airpods turned out to be Fake. I told seller that if they are actual send me the Invoice, he has
not sent it, when I check on Apple coverage site the Airpods are listed as replaced (meaning fake or stolen or repaired), they were listed as
bran new and came in a sealed pack which we opened under video camera. All the tips listed to identify fake ones on internet are proving
this to be fake. It continously disconnects and powers off, while it shows 100 % charged, we have to put in charging case then take out
and it functions. From looks they are good copy but functionally not good and the signs of fake are very prominent. Need help please. I
have been insisting the seller about proving the Authenticity or genuiness but he has not responded to my last 2 messages.

Hi Dear, I have received the Airpods yesterday evening. from out side they look genuine but When I go to apple coverage check serial
number of Airpod they say airpod has been replaced, which may mean they are fake, non-genuine . Can you please send me the Original
bill of the same to verify or I may need to take them to apple care. warm regards, Sanjay Malhotra

Dear Sir, I am not a fussy buyer but genuinely worried since I have spent my precious money (I bought these for my daughter) for these
Airpods. Please understand I have not received the item as yet. After Ebay blacklisted your account, I went into details and found that the
Airpod Pro that you have sold to other party (buyer - 5***a(0) are fake. I can only ascertain their authenticity if they reach me, I can get it
checked from apple care. In case you have the Original bill or invoice, which may substatiate your claim of genuine/Original Airpods, as
listed and the Invoice should be for the same serial number from apple Autorised dealer as the serial number of the Airpods that you have
sent (which have not arrived anyways), please send me over. warm regards, Sanjay Malhotra

There has to be a reason why ebay blocked you. It could be that the products you claimed to be genuine Apple are fake. The only time you
have sold Airpod pro to some buyer he has claimed that they were fake. I have not paid for a fake product (which has anyway not arrived)
and dont want to pay for the same.
