 Orientation for DepEd Order No. 31, s. 2020
 Distribution of Report Cards
 Election of Homeroom PTA Officers

Call to Order
Meeting started with a short prayer at exactly 1:30 in the afternoon for the 1st batch and 3:00 pm for
the 2nd batch.

Roll Call
There were 18 attendees out of 21 for first batch and for the second batch 22 parents out of 23, a
total of 40 parents out of 44 parents as reflected in the attendance sheet.

Proceedings:

 Proper health protocols for covid-19 were strictly monitored and followed by the parents.

 The teacher presented the power point presentations about DepEd Order No. 31, s. 2020
(INTERIM POLICY GUIDELINES FOR ASSESSMENT AND GRADING IN LIGHT
OF THE BASIC EDUCATION LEARNING CONTINUITY PLAN)

 The following contents of the DepEd order were discussed to the parents;
a. how the students are being evaluated by the teachers
b. the methods of evaluation
c. the significant roles of the parents and teachers in the assessment of students learning

 The sample grade computation were also shown to the parents for them to have an overview of
how the students are evaluated.

 After the discussion, some parents raised their questions about the grading system

 Before they go home they agreed to have an election of officers

 The meeting adjourned at 2:30 in the afternoon for the 1st batch and 4:00 pm for the 2nd batch.
