Thank you for booking. Please find attached your Confirmation Voucher for your trip. Below is important information
about your booking to make sure your trip runs as smoothly as possible so you can enjoy it to the full!

What to do next...
If you have booked a hotel and/or apartment, simply present a copy of your Accommodation Voucher to reception when
you arrive. If you have booked services, please present a copy of your Service Voucher to the supplier at the start of
each service.
Please Note: Accommodation and Service Vouchers are non-transferable to a third party.

Delayed arrival
If you cannot arrive on the date that your property is expecting you, please notify us as soon as possible using the
contact numbers provided below so that we can advise the property. We have also provided you with the contact
number of our overseas office, where applicable, for your convenience. Please quote your booking ID when you call us
so we can assist you as quickly as possible.

Accommodation...
Hotels in some countries, especially North America, do not guarantee the number of beds in a room and will allocate
rooms to accommodate the number of adults staying in a room. Rooms will be allocated subject to availability on arrival
and where possible will comply with your request. If you have any problems with your hotel, please contact the front
desk for assistance. If you do not arrive on the first night that your accommodation is booked, the property will release
your room and you will be charged in full.
Please Note: Any items not included in the price that you have already paid i.e. mini-bar, gym usage, laundry,
telephone, parking etc. will be subject to an additional fee paid by you to the supplier. Hotels may ask for a credit card
imprint or cash deposit at time of check-in to cover for incidentals. This amount will vary from hotel to hotel.

Services...
If you do not arrive at the departure point by the specified time for sightseeing tours, the tour will depart and your
booking will be cancelled automatically with no refund made. When receiving car transfers, it is very important that you
remain at the specified meeting point. If you are unable to find the driver or assistant, please contact our emergency
contact number listed below as soon as possible. Please allow an extra 15 minutes for any unexpected delays before
contacting us. If you do not present your voucher, it may result in you being charged again or the service not being
provided.
Please Note: Any items/services that are not stated on the vouchers such as drinks and meals will be subject to an
additional fee.

Office Contact...
If you have a problem with the hotelier or service suppliers regarding the reservations or vouchers and are in need of
our assistance, please contact the emergency contact numbers listed below and we will be happy to help. Please call
the office number during the office hours shown below, and only call the emergency number for out of office hours.
When calling, please provide us with your reservation number. The emergency contact is available on mobile stand-by
and may not be able to answer your call straight away, especially during the night hours. If this is the case, please leave
your name, contact number and reservation number and we will return your call as soon as possible.
