railways, and tunnels. Civil engineers offers services to their clients like consultancy related to
advisory including planning, feasibility reports, litigation inquiries, accident investigations and
environmental value assessments is offered by engineering firms; They offer their services in
pre-design and drawing blueprints of project based on its scope and development; They are also
responsible for analyzing the validity of alternative designs based on specifications, project
