Accomplishments: Being part of the Thinkviser company has been a wonderful experience, as I
have had the opportunity to work with sales professionals and learn something
completely new that I have never been in contact with in the past. I also had
the opportunity to be part of a young team, in which it was very easy for me to
integrate and with which work became a real pleasure. Another aspect that
had an extremely important contribution in terms of my personal development
in this job is the fact that I had the opportunity to meet and work with many
types of people during conversations with clients. but also outside them
because we work in a multinational environment.
All these aspects contributed to my development both personally and
professionally, determining me to have a proactive attitude towards work, to
have a very good relationship with the direct superior and never to be late.
Personally, I have managed to increase my self-confidence and assimilate
many important knowledge about people's behavior according to education,
culture and even nationality. Professionally, I gained knowledge about the
sales process, I learned to be multitasking and dynamic and I also acquired the
ability to adapt to a multinational environment, in which changes always
occur.
