Application on behalf of the applicant for issuance of show cause notice to


SSP Mathura for not sending death report:

Sir,

Applicant Prays as follows:

1. That in the present matter accused as per the version of the accused that one
of co accused Prem Murari saxena S/o Shri Lakshmi Narayan has died,
thereby in respect of such deceased accused proceedings should be abated.

2. That as per the direction of the this Hon’ble court notice is sent to SSP
Mathura vide dated ………….. but no compliance has been done till now
which resulting in pendency of the matter .

Thus it is hereby prayed this Hon’ble court be pleased to order


issuance of show cause notice to SSP Mathura for not sending death
report so as to ensure compliance of the court order.
