Color - indigo Color - yellow
Gland - pituitary Gland - pancreas
Organ - brain Organ - liver, stomach, spleen
Effect- intuition, inner wisdom Effect - sense or self and purpose
Greatest Fear - I don’t know my truth or path. Greatest Fear - I am powerless and feel gulit.

Throat Sacral
Color - blue Color - orange
Gland - thyroid Gland - reproductive
Organ - throat, tonsils Organ - reproductive
Effect- communication, self-expression, willpower Effect - creation, enthusiasm, rhythm of life
Greatest Fear - I am a victim and no one knows me. Greatest Fear - I am abandoned and feel shame.

Heart Root/Base
Color - green Color - Red
Gland - thymus Gland - adrenals
Organ - heart and lungs Organ - bowel, instestines
Effect - to give and receive love Issue - survival, security, grounding
Greatest Fear - I am not worthy. Greatest Fear - I am scared and cannot prosper.
