T.R.:
1. Visual inspection of weld seams to be done as per HW0620099, Classification group
as follows:
a) BS/BK for lifting lugs
b) CS/CK for other items.
2. Non Destructive Examination of welds seams as per HW 0850199, part-10.
3. Painting is to be done as per HE77001.
4. For lifting the assembly, all lifting lugs shall be used simultaneously with D-Shackles
as per AA7248105.
5. The length of I-Beam may be made by welding of two pieces as per detail-I.
6. This indicates critical to quality (CTQ).
